Senior Manager, Strategy & Technology
About the role
You will hold the role of Engagement Lead on some of our most important projects and programs
Your responsibility includes leading engagement and program processes such as budget, scope, timelines, organization, resourcing, implementation, and risk management
You will manage cross-functional team members to success, ensuring they understand and meet the project or program vision
You will be the key point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and resolving project or program level issues independently
You will proactively and independently solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
You will lead experience design thinking workshops with our clients
You will play the lead role in understanding and interpreting our clients' business challenges and goals, working with our design and technology teams to deliver elegant user experiences
You will be a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends, including the evolving landscape of AI
You will be a mentor to members of our global team
Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional team members to success, ensuring they understand and meet the project or program vision

Requirements
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of client services experience
- A solid understanding of complex management, strategy, business, and finance processes
- Superior organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Proven history of leading multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence others and build cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and styles
- A deep understanding of existing and emerging design, project management processes, and technology
- Strong track record of client services
- Experience in mentoring and growing team members
Qualifications

Pay
The estimated compensation for this position is $150,000 to $180,000.
