Role summary

Leading strategic optimization across Growth, the Strategic Performance & Operations Associate Director will synthesize complex priorities, build decision-grade infrastructure, activate cross-pillar opportunities, and deliver scalable process and capability improvements to drive measurable performance gains.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess strategic priorities: Translate critical Growth priorities into actionable hypotheses, business cases, and prioritized workstreams
  • Build decision support infrastructure: Design, develop, and operate the data, analytics, governance, and tooling needed to identify, prioritize, and scale optimization opportunities
  • Enable cross-pillar activation: Coordinate cross-pillar collaboration, enable data and information sharing, and align stakeholders across the Growth ecosystem to operationalize opportunities
  • Diagnose and intervene in processes: Investigate root causes in existing workflows, design targeted interventions (process redesign, playbooks, quick automations), and shepherd implementation to ensure sustained adoption
  • Drive adoption and capability transfer: Create training, handoffs, and governance to embed new ways of working and ensure teams retain and scale improvements
  • Capture and share learnings: Document lessons learned, codify best practices, and disseminate playbooks to accelerate organization-wide adoption
  • Measure impact: Define success metrics, track ROI, and iterate on solutions based on outcome data to ensure continuous improvement

Key stakeholders and reporting

  • Partner with Growth pillar leads, SIPP (i.e. strategy team), Finance, Tech Innovation, Talent, Reporting & Analytics, and offshore teams
  • Report to the Head of Strategic Performance & Optimization team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience influencing complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong analytical and data fluency
  • Track record delivering process redesigns, playbooks, or automations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change-management skills
