Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader is looking for a hands-on people manager who can elevate a solutions consulting function that supports complex SaaS sales cycles. The role will focus on building a high-performing team, strengthening presales execution, and partnering closely with sales and leadership to improve conversion and operating discipline. You will also help shape GTM strategy by bringing customer insight, team performance data, and process improvements to the table. The ideal candidate will bring deep enterprise presales experience, proven team-building ability, and strong communication skills for working with senior stakeholders in an integration-heavy environment. Location: Austin, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Consultants to exceed sales targets
• Build a culture of trust and ownership with clear goals and feedback
• Improve the solutions consulting operating model through playbooks and enablement programs
• Train the team on process changes and new product features on an ongoing basis
• Analyze performance data to drive improvement in solutions consulting operations
• Provide updates on team performance to leadership and key stakeholders
• Shape GTM strategy through collaborative insights and representation of customer needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in presales roles with ownership of complex SaaS deals
• 3+ years managing a solutions consulting team, including building teams from scratch
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts for at least 3 years
• Proven ability to scale presales functions through management and hiring
• Expertise in creating repeatable operating systems to enhance team performance
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with integration-heavy client lifecycles in GTM tech ecosystems

Pay

$230,000 – $280,000 annually
