Senior Manager, Solutions
About the role
The Senior Manager, Solutions role at Transcarent is designed for a results-driven leader with a strong background in pharmacy industry or healthcare solution delivery. This position requires a highly resourceful and proactive individual with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives
- Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements
- Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience
- Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones
- Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred
- PMP preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Able to motivate and empower teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed
- Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery
Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues
- Experience in healthcare solutions and operations

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity. Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package.
Schedule
All regular employees are eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
