- Keep brand, compliance and quality standards high while improving everyday workflow.
- Be a trusted day-to-day social media partner across multiple healthcare accounts.
- Keep work moving with thoughtful follow-ups, clear feedback tracking and strong next-step management.
- Work closely across account, paid social, earned and digital media teams to bring integrated social programs to life.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media experience, ideally in a regulated industry such as biotech, pharmaceutical or financial services.
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, including setup, trafficking, optimization and performance reporting.
- College degree required; BA or equivalent preferred.
- Agency experience in a client-facing role preferred.
- Understanding of FDA regulations guiding social media efforts for biotech and pharma clients preferred.
- A strong command of major social platforms and a clear understanding of how audiences use them.
- A proven ability to write, edit and publish short- and long-form social content.
- Experience with social media buying platforms such as Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads; Meta Blueprint or similar certifications are a plus.
- Comfort using Canva, AI-enabled tools and Microsoft Office — especially PowerPoint — to improve speed, organization and output quality.
Mindset, Ownership & Adaptability
- You feel energized by our Company values: Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an "I."
- You're adaptable, resilient and comfortable shifting gears as priorities evolve.
- You're proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with strong prioritization skills and curiosity about smarter ways of working.
Pay
$75,000 - $105,000
