Senior Manager, Social Media

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape enterprise-wide social strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on brand stewardship, audience engagement, and measurable business impact. You will partner closely with marketing, executive stakeholders, and external agencies to guide platform expansion, performance reporting, and governance. The position also includes helping modernize content workflows through AI-enabled tools and driving influencer and creator partnerships that strengthen the brand's presence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$101,691 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise social media strategy across channels
• Establish objectives and performance metrics for social initiatives
• Guide expansion into new media platforms
• Develop insights and performance narratives for executives
• Ensure compliance with governance and brand safety standards
• Lead the adoption of AI technologies in social media workflows
• Own and evaluate influencer and creator partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level social media strategy
• Demonstrated ability to define channel-level strategies
• Experience managing agency partnerships
• Knowledge of social media management tools, particularly Sprinklr
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with AI-enabled content workflows
