About the Opportunity:The SENIOR MANAGER, SEARCH & SOCIAL is responsible for managing day-to-day paid search and social campaigns for assigned clients, supporting strategic execution and optimization efforts. This role contributes by ensuring campaign objectives are met through detailed strategy development, ongoing performance analysis, and proactive client communication, thereby directly impacting client success and campaign effectiveness. Responsibilities:Develop paid search and social strategies including objectives, tactics, rationale, and budget allocation.Execute campaigns across various media channels.Collaborate with the Analytics team and stakeholders to create performance reports.Lead client calls as a subject-matter expert.Optimize campaigns weekly to meet goals.Work cross-departmentally with team members.Manage relationships with platform representatives and third-party vendors. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.At least 4 years of experience in paid search and social marketing with an e-commerce focus.Minimum 2 years at a competitive marketing agency specializing in performance marketing.Experience executing campaigns directly within Meta and Google Ads platforms; familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn is a plus.Proficiency in Google Analytics for reporting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
