Pay

The pay range for this role is: $124,300.00-$211,700.00/Annual. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

Job Details

The Senior Manager, Sales Training & Enablement is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact sales training programs that drive performance and revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, build targeted curriculum, and ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development for sales teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales (preferably MedTech), training program leadership, and curriculum design, along with a proven ability to translate business priorities into impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy & Leadership - Lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales training programs aligned to business goals
    Partner with Sales Leadership to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and prioritize development initiatives
    Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders on training needs, effectiveness, and continuous improvement
    Build and scale best-in-class sales training frameworks, including onboarding, tools and process training and selling skills

  • Curriculum & Content Development - Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales training curricula across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning)
    Create high-quality content including playbooks, facilitator guides, learner materials, and assessments
    Ensure content is aligned to sales methodologies, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies
    Continuously refresh and optimize training content based on feedback, field insights, and evolving business needs
    Design and deliver development learning pathways to support promotion from within and elevation of skillsets within each role type at Haemonetics

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation - Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to sales teams, both in-person and virtually
    Facilitate workshops, role plays, and simulations to reinforce learning and drive adoption
    Coach sales team members and managers to strengthen selling capabilities and behaviors
    Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms

  • Compliance, Documentation & Record Keeping - Ensure all training programs meet organizational and regulatory compliance requirements
    Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and completion tracking
    Create certification programs that align with promotion pathways and role requirements
    Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to industry standards, especially in MedTech environments
    Support audit readiness through proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, sales training, or sales enablement

  • Demonstrated success in curriculum development, training content creation, and facilitation

  • Proven experience identifying sales performance gaps and implementing targeted development programs

  • Strong background in training delivery (live, virtual, and blended learning environments)

  • Experience managing training programs, including tracking, compliance, and reporting

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with Sales Leadership

  • MedTech, healthcare, or medical device sales experience strongly preferred

  • Direct quota-carrying sales experience highly desirable

  • Proven track record of training leadership and program ownership

  • Experience supporting regulated environments and compliance-driven training

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools, and training analytics
