About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep growth strategy and front office transformation experience in the insurance, wealth management, and retirement services industries. Your responsibilities will include defining and enabling front office growth strategies, building client relationships, and delivering large-scale transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs for advisors
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for direct to consumer growth
- Manage and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality solutions
- Lead complex transformation programs and strategy engagements
- Manage and optimize sales operating models
- Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture
- Drive pipeline opportunities from initial idea to contract to implementation
Requirements
- 8+ years of Insurance industry experience, leading transformations in sales, operations, product, or strategy roles
- Broad experience in strategy consulting, engagement management, business development, and leading complex programs/transformations
- Experience in strategy consulting, business development, and leading complex programs/transformations

Qualifications
- A robust understanding of the Insurance industry including market trends and challenges and the regulatory environment
- Familiarity with key areas such as sales (advisor) enablement, go-to-market strategies, direct to consumer growth, lead management, and sales operating model design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Strong client relationship development and management skills
- Experience in delivering CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, Sales Transformation implementations
- Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Existing network of relationships within the Financial Services industry at decision-making levels
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or other emerging technologies

- Passion for helping clients solve complex growth and customer experience challenges
- Knowledge of the nuances of the Financial Services industry, particularly insurance

Pay
Annual salary range for this role varies depending on location and other factors. For California, the range is $122,700 to $317,200.

The work schedule for this role is typically full-time.
