The Senior Manager, Sales Operations Reporting is a key member of the Commercial team at Alter Domus. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth through the lens of data and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Move us beyond vanity metrics into predictive, actionable intelligence
  • Uncover hidden revenue opportunities in complex data landscapes using advanced analytics
  • Present game-changing insights to C-suite leaders during strategic business reviews
  • Become the "go-to" expert when leadership asks: "What does the data really tell us?"
  • Design cutting-edge Power BI dashboards and CRM analytics that executives actually want to use
  • Perform deep-dive trend analysis, variance modeling, and forensic data reviews to spot risks before they materialize
  • Create the analytical infrastructure that becomes our competitive advantage
  • Identify "white space" opportunities worth millions in untapped client potential
  • Apply statistical modeling to calculate share of wallet and prioritize high-value prospects
  • Translate complex datasets into clear commercial directives that sales teams can execute immediately
  • Use data-driven territory mapping and account segmentation to maximize every seller's potential
  • Balance sales territories using predictive models based on market potential and historical performance
  • Turn data into resource allocation decisions that multiply ROI
  • Eliminate soul-crushing manual processes with smart automation
  • Build the "single source of truth" across our global commercial platforms
  • Increase data velocity so insights reach decision-makers in real-time, not weeks later
  • Synthesize internal metrics with external market, regulatory, and macroeconomic data
  • Arm our commercial team with intelligence-backed positioning to outmaneuver competitors
  • Be the strategic advisor who knows what's happening in the market before anyone else
  • Master our tech stack
  • Own the analytical components of our Commercial Technology Stack (Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Outreach)
  • Ensure our CRM doesn't just store data—it generates insights
  • Lead technical training that transforms our team into data-savvy operators
  • Mentor emerging analysts and build their technical firepower
  • Champion a data-first culture where every decision is backed by evidence, not gut feeling
  • Shape the next generation of analytical leaders

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field
  • 10+ years of battle-tested experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence
  • A financial services DNA: Thrived in alternative investments, Big Four, consultancy, asset management, or similar high-stakes environments
  • Management-level experience with sights set on senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce & Outreach
  • The ability to see patterns where others see noise
  • The capability to explain complex analytics to executives who "just want the bottom line"
  • An obsession with accuracy but knowing when perfection is the enemy of done
  • A mindset focused on systems, processes, and scalability
  • A passion for continuous improvement and solving puzzles others find impossible

Pay

Budget Salary range based on experience level: $150,000 - $185,000+
