Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, scientific, and business functions
- Own the sourcing and engagement of high-caliber candidates in competitive talent markets
- Parenth directly with hiring managers and technical team leads to define hiring needs and build effective search strategies
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring plans, headcount priorities, and recruiting activity with team hiring budgets
- Write and refine job descriptions in partnership with hiring teams
- Conduct recruiter screens and manage interview processes from kickoff through offer stage
- Coordinate and facilitate interview feedback and hiring decisions across teams
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Help improve recruiting workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience as the organization scales
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leadership during a period of rapid company growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Associate’s degree with additional relevant experience will also be considered
- 8-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience within biotech or life sciences organizations
- Proven track record recruiting for technical, scientific, or other specialized roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience identifying passive talent
- Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments with aggressive hiring goals
- Comfortable managing a high volume of searches while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented

Compensation Range
$174K - $185K
