Senior Manager, Recruiting
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Recruiting leads a team within the Core Recruiting function in People Success, covering Customer Experience, Security, Enterprise Systems & Technology Operations (ESTO), and People Success. This role partners with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, and drives operational rigor and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Core recruiters, setting clear expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes
- Partner with senior leadership across CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success on workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Own recruiting operations for your portfolio, ensuring team structure and capacity flex with shifting business priorities
- Drive hiring process improvements by analyzing pipeline data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes that improve speed and quality of hire
- Build a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience across the full cycle (talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, closing)
- 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced technology environments
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for leadership
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work in the United States
