The Job at a Glance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Strategy to design and run automation projects, support and partner with divisional engineering teams, and identify and provide solutions for maintenance programs across a network of facilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, or enterprise strategy roles, with global exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/advanced degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Real estate strategy or analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in various real estate asset types (office, industrial, etc.).

Skills

  • Expertise in real estate portfolio strategy, including transaction strategy, portfolio economics, and workplace or space planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate financial concepts (e.g., NPV, payback, trade offs) and confidently present business cases to senior business leaders.
  • Proven success operating in complex, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across executive, functional, and regional teams.
  • Experience developing multi-year strategies and roadmaps that balance near-term execution with long-term direction.
  • Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives and recommendations that support enterprise decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
  • Comfortable working with financials and translating them into leadership-level insights.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong programmatic mindset without being overly process or PMO oriented.
  • Data-driven, curious, and continuous improvement-oriented.
  • Transparent, collaborative leader who operates well in ambiguity.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $136,952 – $185,288 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
