Senior Manager, Professional Services Delivery

About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee the execution of professional services engagements across cloud and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on delivery quality, staffing, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will partner closely with internal teams and clients to manage escalations, assess risk, and ensure projects are set up for successful delivery. In addition, this leader will support team development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the delivery function.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery for professional services engagements across cloud and infrastructure projects
- Act as the escalation point for staffing and project risk
- Ensure proper staffing, tracking, and governance of projects
- Manage customer satisfaction and delivery quality
- Lead and develop team members, supporting performance and growth
- Review Statements of Work and confirm project feasibility before kickoff
- Identify and recommend solutions for skill gaps within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or infrastructure delivery
- 3+ years managing technical teams or delivery projects
- Experience with customer programs and technology implementations
- Background in workforce planning and resource management
- Familiarity with reviewing Statements of Work and delivery estimates

Pay
$132,149 – $193,856 annually
