Senior Manager, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of acquisition professionals
• Partner with suppliers to enhance performance and relationships
• Address internal customer and supplier concerns
• Manage financial goals related to subcontract deliveries
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and prepare solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs
• Analyze quotations using price/cost analysis techniques
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in supply chain management or 7+ years with an advanced degree
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or similar regulations in various industries
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible for export authorizations
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
• Experience with written contractual vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, etc.) is a plus
