Senior Manager, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations across significant software, SaaS, and infrastructure contracts from start to finish
• Manage and enhance vendor portfolio to establish durable commercial leverage
• Collaborate with FP&A to create a proactive procurement pipeline for renewals and pricing risks
• Serve as primary procurement partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Regularly report to CFO on procurement metrics and deal outcomes
• Develop and coach a team of procurement specialists to enhance negotiation skills
• Drive improvements in procurement processes and tools to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement experience with software, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure expertise
• Strong background in leading high-stakes commercial negotiations independently
• Experience in managing or developing procurement professionals with a coaching focus
• Business partner mindset with understanding of budget impacts and FP&A planning cycles
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for CFO-level audiences
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments, emphasizing impact over hierarchy
• Familiarity with modern procurement tools and AI integration in workflows
