Responsibilities
- Lead complex negotiations across significant software, SaaS, and infrastructure contracts from start to finish
- Manage and enhance vendor portfolio to establish durable commercial leverage
- Collaborate with FP&A to create a proactive procurement pipeline for renewals and pricing risks
- Serve as primary procurement partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Regularly report to CFO on procurement metrics and deal outcomes
- Develop and coach a team of procurement specialists to enhance negotiation skills
- Drive improvements in procurement processes and tools to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- 8+ years of procurement experience with software, SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure expertise
- Strong background in leading high-stakes commercial negotiations independently
- Experience in managing or developing procurement professionals with a coaching focus
- Business partner mindset with understanding of budget impacts and FP&A planning cycles
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for CFO-level audiences
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, emphasizing impact over hierarchy
- Familiarity with modern procurement tools and AI integration in workflows
