Senior Manager, Procurement

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and sources electrical equipment for solar projects such as modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Participates in the procurement process from initial evaluation through contract negotiation and supplier selection.
• Manages relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and project management to optimize procurement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience with solar industry standards and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
