Operations – Procurement

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and sources electrical equipment for solar projects, including but not limited to modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Participates in the procurement process from initial evaluation through contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and specifications.
• Manages relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing and evaluating electrical equipment for solar projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for solar equipment.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate product specifications and vendor proposals.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM or similar procurement-related certifications preferred.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with procurement software tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Ariba).

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
