Responsibilities
- Own incident response and SaaS customer operations for platform reliability
- Direct deployment and operations across a fleet of virtual machines
- Build team development and succession plans
- Advance AI automation in operations to reduce manual tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and maintain compliance
Qualifications
- 7+ years in engineering, 3+ years in leadership roles for SaaS operations
- Experience managing 24x7 production operations, including on-call rotations
- Familiarity with FedRAMP or similar compliance environments
- Cloud infrastructure experience at enterprise scale, including AWS and GCP (Azure a plus)
- Experience managing distributed infrastructures like virtual machines and containers
- Proficiency in AI tools for business solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
