About the role

  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and goals
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale talent acquisition processes
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
  • Experience with performance management and employee development programs
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
