We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, accommodation, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Need to preserve substantive info. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future..." This is about the company, maybe "About the role"? Actually it's about the company and mission. Could be "About the role" or maybe we treat as "About the role". The posting includes "The Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy will build and lead the operating system..." That's description of role. So we can put that under About the role. Then "What you'll do:" list of responsibilities. That's Responsibilities. Then "How you'll measure success:" maybe could be under Responsibilities or maybe separate? Could be considered part of Responsibilities or maybe "Key Success Metrics". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put measurement under Responsibilities or maybe under Requirements? Probably Responsibilities. Then "What you're great at:" list of experience/skills. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide mapping. The posting includes "6-8+ years of experience..." etc. That's qualifications. Also "Leading complex, cross-functional programs..." etc. That's skills. We can split: Requirements (experience), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (specific abilities). But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section covering experience and skills. But we have separate headings allowed; we can include multiple if they have substantive content. Let's see. We have "How You'll be Rewarded:" includes benefits description, salary range, etc. That's Benefits and Pay. We need to include Benefits section if there is specific content: they list catered lunches, kitchens, stipends, healthcare plans, family-building benefits, flexible time off, wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships, CLEAR Plus membership, 401(k) with match. That's Benefits. Pay: base salary range $145k-$175k. Also mention total compensation includes bonuses, commission, RSUs. That's Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We also need to omit boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Qualified applicants will receive consideration..." etc. Also remove "CLEAR provides reasonable accommodation..." etc. Also remove "We are committed to a transparent and secure hiring process..." etc. Also remove "Examples of reasonable accommodation..." etc. Also remove "The base salary range represents the low and high end..." maybe keep as part of Pay but we can keep the sentence about range representing low/high end? It's still part of Pay. Might be okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Senior Manager, Operations Program Strategy. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

  • Managing multiple strategic priorities simultaneously with exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Skills

Strong strategic planning, program management, change management, stakeholder alignment, operational standards development, governance, communication, influencing without authority, organizational skills, attention to detail.

But we need to ensure we don't invent or summarize away detail. The skills list above is somewhat inferred; maybe better to not create a Skills section if we can incorporate into Requirements. However we have content for skills: "exceptional communication, sound judgment, high EQ, ability to drive alignment without direct authority, exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through". Those are skills. Could be included under Requirements. But we have separate headings allowed; we could include Skills if we have specific content. The posting does not list explicit skills beyond those in "What you're great at". Those are more like qualifications/experience/skills. Could treat them as Requirements. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section. But we have to decide. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have fewer sections. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (covering experience and skills), Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. That's fine. We should not create a Skills section if it's thin. So we will not include Skills heading. Instead incorporate those points into Requirements. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Check if any content for Qualifications separate? Not needed. Now ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract all substantive info from posting and ensure we didn't drop any. Original text: - CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future. Since we don't have a separate heading for metrics, we can include them under Responsibilities as additional bullet points. That preserves info.
