Senior Manager of US FP&A

Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. segment long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, agility, and alignment with business strategy
- Oversee consolidated reporting and performance analysis, delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
- Partner with U.S. Finance and Operations teams to deepen understanding of business drivers and enhance financial storytelling
- Develop and maintain robust, driver-based financial models that integrate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
- Elevate modeling capabilities through scenario planning, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted forecasting techniques
- Partner with Investor Relations to support earnings modeling, insights, and external messaging
- Lead the modernization of FP&A processes, tools, and data architecture, driving adoption of automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled workflows
- Champion the use of OneStream and Power BI to create scalable, automated, and insight-rich reporting environments
- Partner with Global Technology and Data Governance teams to standardize data models, improve data integrity, and enable real-time decision support capabilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency through automation, system integration, and advanced tooling
- Collaborate with Global FP&A on cash flow and capex modeling, strategic KPIs, and enterprise reporting initiatives
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational execution
- Stay at the forefront of emerging FP&A trends, including AI/ML applications, advanced modeling techniques, and financial systems innovation
- Communicate complex financial and analytical insights clearly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
7+ years of progressive Finance experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A leading planning and forecasting processes
Proven track record of building advanced, integrated financial models that drive strategic insights and decision-making
Expert-level financial modeling skills, with deep understanding of relationships across financial statements
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics within FP&A
Passion for transforming finance through technology, data, and automation
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence senior leaders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities
Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
Skills
- Strong experience or deep desire to work with and expand capabilities in OneStream and Power BI
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle, OneStream)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data tools and scripting languages
