About the role
The Senior Manager of FP&A is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis efforts within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
- Monitor financial performance against budget and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
