Senior Manager of Provider Experience

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on provider-facing initiatives
• Provide coaching and support to enhance team effectiveness
• Establish efficient execution across touchpoints
• Drive initiatives to improve the provider experience and engagement
• Partner cross-functionally to transition provider-related workflows
• Enhance the Help Scout ticketing system for better management
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform business decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in direct management
• Proven senior management experience with team leadership and development
• Strong coaching and people management skills
• Experience in healthcare operations or a similar environment
• Operational mindset with process optimization skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving environments
• Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making experience

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
