Key Responsibilities
- Lead all HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Drive policy development, process improvement, and HR best practices
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices
- Experience partnering with senior leadership in a strategic capacity
- Bachelor’s degree required (HR or related field preferred)
