Senior Manager, Human Resources
Position Summary
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Catalent’s 206,878-square-foot Philadelphia-area facility serves as the global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging, offering GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services. The site provides manual to fully automated packaging solutions, including temperature-controlled options for sensitive products.
About the role
Acts as a HR business partner to site Quality, Finance and Project Management leaders, as well as the VP, Project Management to support the function globally
Serves as a HR business partner to site Quality, Finance and Project Management leaders, as well as the VP, Project Management to support the function globally
Supports the HR Function to drive greater efficiency, quality and consistency in the strategy and execution of key HR processes, programs and policies across the region and worldwide
Collaborates with the Director, HR to develop and execute HR strategies that support the site and segment’s goals
Partners with Talent Acquisition on the recruitment and selection process for the functional teams to attract top talent
Manages performance management systems to drive high performance and career development; Develops and implements employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity
Manages HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and compliance; Utilizes HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum of eight years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is required
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required
