Senior Manager of Clinical Services

About the role

The Senior Manager of Clinical Services leads a dedicated team of diverse clinicians/therapists delivering trauma-informed, community-based services to clients of all ages and their families. CASL is the largest and most comprehensive community-based organization in the Midwest, founded in 1978, with a mission to empower individuals and families through culturally responsive, community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical supervision
• Support individual staff development in alignment with agency’s growth
• Provide administrative support to ensure high-quality service delivery across the Behavioral Health Program and Brain Health Program
• Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to the heart of the work
• Model and demonstrate evidence-based and evidence-informed practices of care and services to clients and families
• Contribute to a culture grounded in our shared ways of working—demonstrating care, clarity, coordination, commitment, and continuous improvement in how you support clients and collaborate with others

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or management role within a behavioral health setting
• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
• Strong supervisory and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
