Position Summary The Sr. Manager of Media & Sports owns the long-term and annual media strategy for the Nature Made brand, translating business priorities into investment choices that drive media reach, return on spend, and incremental dollar sales growth. You will serve as the media expert for the brand, setting direction and making recommendations to commercial teams and senior leadership. You will develop plans grounded in evidence-based media best practices, consumer insights, and business need. The role leads media partnership integrations and sports partnerships from strategy through to negotiation and execution. You will be accountable to deliver brand and sales results through full-funnel media strategies that drive brand equity, awareness, and conversion. The Sr. Manager Media and Sports reports to the Senior Director of Brand Activation and manages two direct reports. Key Responsibilities Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include: Own the media strategy for Nature Made, including channel roles, audience approach, investment principles, and learning agenda.Steward the national media budget and investment portfolio, making optimization decisions and recommending material shifts across channels and partners.Own the TV/video investment planning and upfront process from briefing and strategy through investment approval, to secure inventory that advances media and business goals.Own sports marketing investment strategy, recommend partnership opportunities to leadership, negotiate agreements with sports properties, and govern activation across all elements.Serve as a media center-of-excellence leader, establishing evidence-based standards, playbooks, and decision principles; coach internal teams and agencies; and advance capabilities in targeting, testing, technology, and AI-enabled media optimization.Oversee acquisition media for direct commerce channels, setting strategic direction and performance expectations across CAC, LTV, ROI.Set retail media strategy and investment principles, owning national retail media investment, and consulting with customer teams on account-specific plans.Define the media measurement and learning agenda in partnership with Analytics; translate campaign performance insights into investment recommendations and action plans.Own the media agency relationship, setting expectations for staffing, workplans, scope, and performance. CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS You’ll be most successful in this role if you have : A track record of driving results through deep consumer understanding, media expertise, and performance orientation.An ability to drive strategy through to execution – you are equally comfortable setting the long-term vision, and working with the teams to bring it to life.A data-driven approach to decision-making built on a foundation of innovation and experimentationAn ability to design processes and systems that enable complex workflows to move forward with transparency and accountabilityA personal passion for health and wellness and a desire to connect audiences with wellness information they can trustA positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a focus on helping others succeed Capabilities & Skills Required In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have: 8+ years of experience working in media, including 3+ years as the brand-side media lead for a consumer brand.Diverse media channel experience including TV/Video, digital, social, search, programmatic, and retail media.Experience as the primary client lead for a media agency relationship, and with managing one or more direct reports.Experience leading sports partnerships and integrations strongly preferred.A Bachelors degree or equivalent.
