About the role

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will serve as the strategic leader in driving data analysis and insights for the US Marketing team, with a dotted-line relationship to our UK Analytics team. This role is deeply embedded in the business, focusing on marketing attribution, forecasting, and proactive site funnel and channel insights to unlock growth. You will work cross-functionally to champion advanced analytical techniques, operationalize complex models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement a unified measurement framework, integrating marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and experiments to inform spend decisions.
  • Proactively deliver strategic, high-value analysis and recommendations to influence marketing channel plans across email, SEO, paid channels, and more.
  • Drive analysis and insights on site performance, championing the use of Google Analytics alongside internal data.
  • Conduct deep dives into marketing campaign and channel performance.
  • Support forecasting of annual and monthly campaign performance with the finance team.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests and multivariate experiments to measure the causal impact of multi-channel strategies.
  • Initiate proactive data exploration to uncover opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across the business.
  • Champion data literacy by presenting strategic findings and actionable recommendations to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with teams, agencies, and vendors to develop a deep understanding of data sources, collection, and strategies.
  • Prioritize and communicate work plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Strategic Marketing Analyst, with a track record of driving significant business value.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and a strong working knowledge of a statistical language (Python/R) for advanced analysis and modeling.
  • Proven experience across multiple marketing channels, including email, paid search, and paid media.
  • Deep domain expertise in marketing analytics, including hands-on experience with attribution models (MMM, MTA) and LTV predictions.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics systems like GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding (e.g., Looker/Tableau), including designing for executive consumption.
  • Familiarity with the evolving SEO landscape and the impact of LLMs and AI on the market (e.g., AEO/GEO or AI search engines).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex statistical findings into clear, strategic narratives for executive audiences.
  • Ability to proactively challenge the status quo and influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,400.00 - $198,700.00. The actual salary will be determined by factors such as scope, complexity, location, skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.
