About the role

This role is a key leader in site operations with responsibility over site maintenance and reliability teams. The Sr Maintenance and Reliability Manager is to help leads the maintenance and calibration team to support the manufacturing unit at the site. Creates actions plans to drive improvements to asset reliability and efficiency. This role identifies and manages equipment reliability risks that could adversely impact site or business operations. This position has
