Senior Maintenance and Reliability Manager

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required. Advanced technical or leadership training preferred.

• Experience: 8+ years of manufacturing support experience. 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large maintenance, reliability, or skilled trades organizations. Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Proven success leading complex maintenance operations, plant shutdowns, and large-scale capital or expense projects. Demonstrated accountability for regulatory compliance, audits, and corrective action programs.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of FDA, SQF, GMP, OSHA, and maintenance management system requirements. Expertise in reliability-centered maintenance, asset management, and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies. Advanced financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Strong project management, contractor management, and strategic planning skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
