Senior Manager, Learning and Experience Design

The Senior Manager, Learning and Experience Design leads a team responsible for creating and delivering scalable learning experiences within the go-to-market organization. This role shapes the learning strategy and operational processes to support organizational goals, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and measurable enablement programs that improve performance and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the learning and experience design vision, strategy, and operating model
- Translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team
- Manage intake, scoping, and prioritization with leadership and subject matter experts
- Oversee the full learning experience design lifecycle and maintain quality standards
- Develop frameworks for program effectiveness measurement and continuous improvement
- Pilot and implement innovative learning tools and modalities, including AI and interactive formats
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning experience design or related fields with leadership roles
- Proven success with multi-modal programs for B2B/SaaS go-to-market audiences
- Expertise in learning experience design methodologies and stakeholder management
- Ability to operationalize design processes and implement measurement frameworks
- Familiarity with LMS/CMS and modern learning design tools, including AI capabilities
- Strategic thinker and pragmatic operator with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills
Pay
Base Pay Range $150,500—$215,000 USD excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.
