Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to develop winning strategies
  • Manage executive stakeholder communications and lead negotiations with strategic partners
  • Execute and refine go-to-market plans for US and Canadian markets
  • Oversee complex deal orchestration across multiple internal teams
  • Make informed decisions in ambiguous commercial landscapes balancing various needs
  • Support recruitment and development initiatives for the sales team
  • Drive team execution from lead development to negotiation and closing
  • Identify expansion opportunities for partners aligning with leadership priorities
  • Standardize deal management practices to enhance efficiency and clarity
  • Ensure strong post-close performance and manage escalations for new merchants
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance market position
  • Travel regularly for deal acceleration and team collaboration

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of solution selling experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and complex deal structures
  • Experience translating strategy into operational plans with sustained results
  • Operational excellence in forecasting and pipeline management
  • Familiarity selling to large, enterprise merchants; Travel industry experience preferred
  • Strong executive presence and capacity to build relationships with senior stakeholders

Pay

$328,000 – $490,000 annually
