Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to develop winning strategies
- Manage executive stakeholder communications and lead negotiations with strategic partners
- Execute and refine go-to-market plans for US and Canadian markets
- Oversee complex deal orchestration across multiple internal teams
- Make informed decisions in ambiguous commercial landscapes balancing various needs
- Support recruitment and development initiatives for the sales team
- Drive team execution from lead development to negotiation and closing
- Identify expansion opportunities for partners aligning with leadership priorities
- Standardize deal management practices to enhance efficiency and clarity
- Ensure strong post-close performance and manage escalations for new merchants
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance market position
- Travel regularly for deal acceleration and team collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years of solution selling experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales and complex deal structures
- Experience translating strategy into operational plans with sustained results
- Operational excellence in forecasting and pipeline management
- Familiarity selling to large, enterprise merchants; Travel industry experience preferred
- Strong executive presence and capacity to build relationships with senior stakeholders
Pay
$328,000 – $490,000 annually
