Senior Manager, IT

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Manager IT to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate IT technology roadmap focusing on identity, endpoint, and SaaS administration
• Manage a distributed IT team, setting service quality metrics and escalation paths
• Drive modernization initiatives for MFA and identity governance programs
• Oversee endpoint management practices and ensure device compliance
• Collaborate across departments to enhance employee onboarding and SaaS lifecycle automation
• Ensure readiness for IT infrastructure support in office and remote environments
• Establish responsible administration patterns for AI productivity tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in corporate IT, focusing on infrastructure and SaaS administration
• Over 2 years of leadership experience managing IT teams
• Deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM) tools, particularly Okta
• Proven skills in endpoint management and device compliance, especially with Jamf and Iru
• Experience developing scalable IT operations with a focus on service quality and metrics
• Practical automation experience utilizing scripting and API tools to enhance IT workflows
• Excellent communication capabilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Pay

$159,500 – $199,500 annually
