Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement (Professional Services)
What will you do?
A day in the life of a Sr. Manager Indirect Procurement (Professional Services) at VF looks a little like this. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Global Category Manager to lead sourcing and category management initiatives across key spend areas and regions. This role is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing global category sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving value creation while ensuring quality and compliance.

What do you need to succeed?
- BA or BS degree
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
- Experience working with a fashion or apparel business a plus

Hiring Range
Hiring Range: $140,000.00 USD - $175,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
