Procurement Senior Manager - Indirects NA MRO Services Lead

Responsibilities

Lead RFP Analysis, Contract Negotiation & Legal Contract Creation for NAEstablish technician capabilities, labor rates, line efficiency requirements and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework in contracts for manufacturing line services based on global standards and harmonized parameters.

Develop and enable implementation of tactics for AOP and long term pipeline to deliver 4% YoY productivitySupplier Relationship Management where level of engagement is based on supplier segmentation in breath of service offering and innovation opportunities. For services, innovation includes leveraging technology for predictive line performance, remote vs onsite technical support, etc.

Prioritize NA spare parts tailspend analysis by sub-categories with S&T and Mexico Capability Center. Then, develop roadmap to expand and manage whitespace spend including build on productivity pipeline.

Take decision on day to day executional issues, identify risks and escalate challenges to line management.

Communicate clearly complex internal or external (macro or geo-political) business challenge, driving consensus amongst various stakeholders in market, COEs etc.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management and/or Business required.
  • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, with strong contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience sourcing MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) services, manufacturing services, facilities services, or other indirect service categories within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence, thrive in a matrix organization working across regions and functions and build trusting relationships internally and externally to deliver results and gain alignment on key decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with thought leadership that drives strategy setting and execution.
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving skills, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with ability to win support, minimizes or removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results, and leverages understanding of key business drivers in Parts sourcing to deliver results.
