About the role

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the teams responsible for building and operating our enterprise-wide identity, authentication, authorization, and access governance systems. This leader will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of IAM capabilities that support our employees, customers, and platform services at global scale.

What You Bring

  • Experience in security, identity engineering, or related technical fields
  • Technical expertise in modern IAM technologies, directories, authentication protocols, and identity standards
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust identity models and privileged access management frameworks
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex, cross-functional programs
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
