Senior Manager Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted coach to leaders and managers on HR matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Align HR policies and programs for the business unit or region to promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop insights and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Partner with senior management as a strategic advisor to identify and prioritize HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead HR leaders in effective collaboration with Centers of Excellence and in serving as thought partners to the business and HR function.
- Develop and implement change management methods and materials to support deployment of HR programs and processes.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
- Global Perspective: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace
- Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies
- Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes
- Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques
- Talent Management : Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent
Qualifications

- Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization
- Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there
- Human Resources Consulting: Knowledge of HR approaches, tools and techniques; ability to inform, guide and advise managers in HR-related initiatives
- Talent Management : Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals

Pay
Pay Range: $172,630.00 - $258,950.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
