About the role

The Senior Product Manager, HCP US Marketing - Hematology will develop and implement brand strategies and execution plans for Genmab's first hematology asset, EPKINLY. This critical role will report to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing and will work closely with the US Marketing Team, EPKINLY cross-functional teams, and EPKINLY Alliance collaboration partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape key strategies, pull-through prioritized tactics, and live into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational leadership
  • Seamlessly integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan
  • Develop and manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand and launch readiness goals
  • Deliver and execute peer-to-peer education strategy/tactics focusing on advisory boards, steering committees, and customer insights generation
  • Parenthetically partner effectively across Brand and Digital Marketing, within Genmab and across Alliance collaboration, to implement brand campaigns, positioning, and messaging across all brand collateral, including promotion for new indications
  • Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision making and actionable strategies and tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace advantage
  • Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, cross-functional groups within the Genmab organization, as well as Alliance collaboration to drive performance results
  • Salesforce Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and develop clear strategic and executional direction for the sales force. Manage project timelines, budgets, and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of professional relevant experience required, including US in-line marketing experience
  • Oncology/hematology marketing experience highly preferred
  • Prior joint venture/co-promote/co-marketing alliance experience preferred
  • Strategic and creative mindset. Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of brand performance, including developing strategies and tactics with measurable impact
  • Track record of driving strong sales force engagement and execution
  • Digital and non-personal marketing experience and innovation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences, including management teams
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • “One team” mentality
  • Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization preferred
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, is proactive and solution-oriented, and can function autonomously

Pay

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.

Schedule

This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.
