Responsibilities
- Define and execute device pricing strategy across postpaid, prepaid, and FMC segments
- Lead vendor and manufacturer relationships including commercial negotiations, co-funding agreements, and launch planning
- Design and manage device financing and installment plan structures in coordination with Finance and Credit Risk
- Develop promotional architecture for device offers, upgrade programs, and trade-in campaigns
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Digital channels to ensure effective go-to-market execution
- Monitor competitive device landscape and recommend timely portfolio adjustments
- Manage inventory levels and sell-through velocity in coordination with Supply Chain and retail operations
- Track and report on key KPIs such as device revenue, gross margin, attachment rate, ARPU contribution, and upgrade cycle performance
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, commercial management, or category management, preferably in telecommunications, retail, or consumer electronics
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership experience
- Experience managing vendor negotiations and co-marketing agreements
- Solid understanding of device financing structures and postpaid economics
- Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and commercial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
