About the role
The GTM Sr. Strategy Ops Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco’s AMER business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive top-line growth through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop market insights and competitive intelligence that inform strategic direction and leadership decision-making
- Scope, own, and lead complex GTM initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across regional and global stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Identify operational gaps across the commercial team, define improvement initiatives, and lead cross-functional efforts to solve them
- Own the regional operating rhythm and alignment with global GTM policy, ensuring cadences drive accountability and action
- Lead regional planning processes including target setting, headcount planning, and annual/half-year strategic planning cycles in partnership with sales leadership and central GTM
- Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and repeatable systems across the AMER commercial team — identifying where automation creates the highest leverage and driving adoption, not just prototypes
- Manage and develop 1 direct report, providing coaching, clear direction, and building a culture of ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Commercial Leadership
- Proven track record of driving top line growth via strategic initiatives in a global, fast-paced, B2B sales setting
- Proven experience navigating complex organizations and influencing executive stakeholders to drive alignment and action
- Proven experience directly managing or developing team members, with a demonstrated ability to set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and grow talent in small team or lead/mentor structures
- Demonstrated AI fluency actively uses AI tools in their own work and can identify where AI creates leverage in a GTM context; strongest candidates will have built or deployed at least one AI-assisted workflow or agent in a professional setting with measurable results
