About the role

Ironclad is looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead field‑facing enablement for our Revenue organization which includes sales, account management and customer success teams. This is a strategic role for someone who can stay close to the field, translate business priorities into scalable programs, and help our teams adopt new ways of acquiring and growing customers in an increasingly AI‑driven environment. We are seeking a leader who can combine strong enablement instincts, operational rigor, and AI fluency to improve revenue productivity, strengthen front line manager reinforcement, and drive more consistent execution across the Revenue organization. The right person will own broad field enablement motions, including scalable value‑selling reinforcement, building organizational confidence with AI tools and AI‑era messaging, and driving quarterly product certifications. • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders and operating effectively in highly cross‑functional environments.
  • Strong facilitation and program design skills across live, virtual, and on‑demand formats.
  • A sharp point of view on how to equip sellers for an AI‑shaped market, including messaging, differentiation, workflow adoption, and customer conversations.
