About the role
Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that helps mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies drive pipeline growth. We apply our own marketing playbook to ourselves, owning the demand generation, content distribution, and brand surface area that positions us as the obvious choice for AI visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own Foundation's inbound pipeline, including qualified opportunities sourced from marketing.
- Create and distribute content across various channels to make Foundation the go-to for AI visibility.
- Manage the distribution layer, ensuring content reaches the right audiences and amplifies Foundation's message.
- Develop and enforce a clear brand voice and positioning within the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content with sales conversations and pipeline goals.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Built a content and distribution program from scratch.
- Worked closely with a sales team to understand pipeline dynamics and buyer behavior.
- Written content that resonates with readers and converts leads into customers.
- Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI search optimization.
- Some experience with paid social or paid search, with a real budget.
Qualifications
- Agency-side experience is preferred, but not required.
- Clear thinking and a strong point of view on marketing and AI.
- Ability to think strategically and operate at scale.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both marketing and sales teams.

- Distribution mindset: understanding how content reaches and impacts audiences.
- GTM operator: optimizing for pipeline growth rather than just creating content.
- Content creation: writing and curating high-quality, relevant content.

Pay
Base pay range: $80k - 110k CAD depending on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, fully remote position. Primary target locations: Canada, LATAM, Europe. Other regions may be considered based on experience and alignment with work hours.
