Senior Manager, GTM Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of the go-to-market systems and operational infrastructure that support revenue teams across the business. You will lead a team responsible for platform administration, governance, and enablement while partnering closely with Legal, Security, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The position is highly focused on maintaining a scalable, compliant, and well-integrated GTM technology ecosystem that supports operational continuity and informed decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $179,000 – $258,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of GTM systems administrators and program owners Own the GTM platform ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and performance Set standards for Salesforce administration and manage change control processes Oversee strategy, budget, and license governance for the GTM SaaS portfolio Lead vendor evaluations and tool migrations, ensuring data-driven decisions Partner with Legal and Security to enforce compliance and governance Act as systems lead for cross-functional initiatives and support training for adoption Manage incident response to maintain operational continuity during platform issues Qualifications 10+ years in GTM operations or revenue operations within B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in people management Hands-on Salesforce administration experience for 1,000+ users, including automation and integrations Strong CPQ experience, preferably with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Proven track record managing an end-to-end GTM platform, including CRM and sales engagement tools Experience leading major GTM tool evaluations and migrations from start to finish Knowledge of outbound compliance requirements (GDPR, TCPA, etc.) and collaboration with Legal Experience managing software budgets and presenting data-backed recommendations Benefits Health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care benefits Paid time off and sick time off Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance coverage 401k contribution options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
