Senior GTM Operations Manager

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the chance to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for marketing functions using agent-building tools
• Partner with stakeholders to scope problems and prototype solutions
• Execute marketing operations tasks including lead routing, scoring, and campaign management
• Administer and optimize tools within the GTM stack like Eloqua and Salesforce
• Maintain expertise in lead and campaign object management within marketing automation
• Document workflows and playbooks for MOPS and LOPS activities
• Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations on Salesforce changes for marketing operations

Requirements

• 4-7 years in Marketing Operations, Lead Operations, RevOps, or Marketing Technology
• Deep expertise with major marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, focusing on lead/contact and campaign objects
• Experience building and deploying AI agents using tools like Claude Code or Cowork
• Prior collaboration with teams in Campaign/CMM, Integrated Marketing, or Social functions

Pay

$115,500 – $220,100 annually
