Senior Manager Growth & Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the growth performance across the PLG funnel and Creator metrics
• Surface insights from data, identifying opportunities for improvements and execution of tests
• Develop trusted dashboards and metrics to facilitate data-driven discussions across the team
• Lead OKR processes with TPMs, ensuring alignment and monitoring of business performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews, driving actionable decisions and follow through
• Support the GM with impactful data analysis that translates into business strategy and recommendations
• Facilitate alignment across departments by establishing shared metrics and operating protocols

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in growth, revenue operations, or strategy operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to enhance funnel metrics and lead initiatives with measurable impact
• Strong analytical skills, fluent in conversion metrics, and experienced with BI tools
• Proficient in operating cadences and managing cross-functional projects without formal authority
• Excellent storytelling ability, translating data into trusted executive documents
• High ownership and sound judgment as a credible extension of senior leadership
• Familiarity with AI tools for efficient analysis and synthesis
