Responsibilities
- Own the global GTM strategy for EPAM's Data & AI portfolio, aligning offerings to market opportunities, industry priorities, and client needs
- Develop clear positioning and messaging that differentiates EPAM in AI engineering, GenAI, and AI-native transformation
- Partner with portfolio and solution leaders to shape market-ready offerings and ensure strong value propositions
- Turn complex data and AI capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate across personas — from engineers to C-suite executives
- Build thought leadership and campaigns that establish EPAM as a credible, differentiated voice in AI-native transformation
- Lead joint GTM initiatives with hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft) and key AI technology partners (Anthropic, NVIDIA, and others)
- Align messaging and campaigns with partner priorities and field sales motions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute global, multi-channel programs that generate demand and accelerate pipeline
- Track, measure, and optimize performance using data-driven insights
- Orchestrate complex, global initiatives across marketing, business, alliances, and communications teams
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders while maintaining speed and focus on outcomes
- Operate effectively in a matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8–12+ years in B2B marketing within technology services, consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software
- Proven track record developing and executing GTM strategies for technology offerings, ideally in Data, AI, or cloud ecosystems
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft) and partner-led GTM models
- Experience managing complex, global marketing programs in a matrixed organization
- Data-driven approach to decision-making; uses insights to guide strategy and improve program performance
- Exceptional messaging, storytelling, and communication skills — able to bridge deep technical concepts and executive narratives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Builder and operator mentality — can architect bold strategy while executing hands-on in a fast-evolving environment
- Self-starter with a bias for action and clear accountability for results
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially within AI and emerging technologies
