Senior Manager, Customer Data and Marketing Analytics
Key Responsibilities
Customer Data Domain Leadership & Governance
- Own the customer data domain end to end across enterprise systems, including hierarchies, entity structures, legal and tax attributes, segmentation, and relationship mapping
- Set enterprise standards, definitions, and policies; lead governance forums and serve as the decision authority for prioritization across systems, businesses and product brands
- Partner with Master Data Management and businesses on golden customer record adoption, quality rules, survivorship logic (which source wins when data conflicts), and system integrations
- Manage the customer data backlog spanning quality fixes, onboarding and validation, and integration work
- Define and monitor data quality KPIs, lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure GDPR and other applicable privacy compliance, including classifications and access controls, in partnership with Privacy and Legal
- Coordinate across business segments & functions with Data Stewards and Data Governance on definitions, lineage, and golden record adoption
- Apply systems thinking to optimize the end-to-end flow of customer data across platforms, domains, and business processes
Marketing Performance, Analytics & Measurement
- Implement the enterprise marketing analytics strategy, partnering with business units on measurement plans across brands
- Lead initiatives to improve marketing ROI by advancing investments to outcomes (leads, revenue, and efficiency)
- Develop consistent attribution and incrementality frameworks; establish ROI measurement standards and experimentation approaches
- Synthesize cross-channel performance data into actionable recommendations for media allocation, experience optimization, and lead management programs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reporting for stakeholders from tactical teams to C-suite executives using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Partner with agencies for clear planning, reporting, and insights; continuously improve campaign performance, targeting, and measurement rigor
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
Ideal 10+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, business analysis, performance marketing, media planning/buying, or related roles
5+ years of direct experience with customer data, Master Data Management, and/or data governance in enterprise environments
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
Familiarity with data governance tooling (catalogs, lineage, quality platforms)
Working knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and database systems with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Familiarity with GDPR & global regulations that govern customer data
Proven expertise in marketing measurement and analytics, including experimentation, funnel diagnostics, incrementality, and translating insights into decisions
Experience developing attribution frameworks and ROI standards across paid media and digital experiences (programmatic, paid social/search as applicable)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change

Pay Transparency
Compensation Range: $123,500.00 - $229,500.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives
