For our client, we are seeking a Marketing Analytics Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with clients to define business goals and measurement strategies Design approaches to evaluate marketing effectiveness for informed decision-making Translate complex data into insights and strategic narratives for clients Oversee reporting and present findings to clients and agency leadership Advocate for measurement best practices across the agency Identify opportunities to expand measurement solutions for clients Evaluate emerging technologies enhancing measurement efficiency and impact Qualifications 8+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or consulting-related fields Skilled in developing measurement strategies and actionable insights Experience in client-facing roles, influencing senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate diverse data sources Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for clear communication Proficient with analytics and reporting tools like PowerPoint and Excel Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously (preferred) Background in agency, experiential marketing, or sponsorship (preferred) Benefits Hybrid work flexibility in Detroit or Chicago; remote U.S. candidates considered Opportunity to work on innovative projects involving new technologies Involvement in shaping best practices and agency-wide measurement strategies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
