Senior Manager, Global Strategic Feasibility

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, is seeking a Senior Manager Global Strategic Feasibility. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the feasibility point of contact for assigned studies
• Promote consistent use of feasibility tools and processes across regions
• Partner with stakeholders to provide feasibility recommendations based on data analysis
• Maintain knowledge of feasibility tools and support their application in studies
• Support operational strategy modeling using internal and external data
• Contribute to the optimization of global study feasibility services
• Determine risk and mitigation strategies for study recruitment and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, or similar roles
• Proven experience analyzing operational, competitive, and epidemiological data
• Understanding of feasibility and recruitment strategies for clinical studies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Compensation

$136,400 – $181,400 annually
